AX Users can only view EP main site without any AX content

After transferring AX modification and 3rd party application to Microsoft Standard VPC Refresh 4 version, I found that only Administrator account can view the whole Enterprise Portal while others can only see a standard WSS 3.0 website without any AX contents.

If I opened the Enterprise Portal website using two user accounts, I can see there is no web user session in AX Online User. Assuming the error comes from the business proxy account as it is the domain admin Contoso\Administrator by default, I created a new domain account and changed the business connection account to the new domain account, the issue has been resolved.
